A classic short pasta, also available gluten-free, perfect for rustic and tasty sauces. Made with the best corn and rice flours and pure water from the historic springs of Gragnano, the gluten-free pasta maintains its quality intact thanks to slow drying at low temperatures.

Characteristics

Ingredients: 80% corn flour, 20% rice flour, water.

The product does not contain gluten and may contain traces of mustard and soy.

Store in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from heat and sunlight.

Consume preferably according to the instructions on the package.

Cooking

8 minutes. The suggested cooking time is ideal to enjoy this format at its best. We recommend 1 litre of water and 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta.
