The history of the CAFFO Master Distillers has roots in the last decade of the 19th century when Giuseppe Caffo began distilling the local pomace in Sicily on the slopes of Etna with artisanal methods. With the same passion as then and with over a century of experience, the CAFFO family continues the tradition by distilling the best pomace on their own to obtain fine grappas in the two owned distilleries located in Calabria and Friuli.
