Grappa with a fine and decisive aroma and a pleasantly enveloping taste, harmonious and persistent on the palate. Obtained from the distillation in Bagnomaria in a discontinuous alembic of the precious pomace typical of Amarone della Valpolicella (Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara). The Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend over time, checking hints and aromas until a unique balance is achieved.

Tasting notes

Taste: soft, round, warm, complex, rich and velvety, with a long persistence. Bouquet: intense, rich and enveloping, of dried flowers, dehydrated red fruits, honey, vanilla and sweet spices.
