Candied cherry tomatoes with millefiori honey flat honey with burrata and pistachio pesto

Season the cherry tomatoes with Miele Millefiori Piana Miele, oil, salt and pepper, mix everything together and bake on oven paper at 130°C for at least 2 hours. With a blender, blend all the ingredients for the pesto. Serve and finish by decorating with a few drops of Piana Miele Millefiori Honey and pistachio pesto.
