Borsci's Elisir San Marzano is an aromatic liqueur based on officinal herbs with a fresh and thirst-quenching taste. The Elixir which takes its name from the Apulian town where the Borsci family, of Caucasian origin, settled in the 15th century due to Ottoman pressure. Consumed smooth, an excellent digestive, as a long drink it becomes an aperitif and a refreshing drink.
