The Amaro Montenegro recipe involves the use of 40 aromatic herbs and a complex extraction and mixing process that make the product unique and inimitable. To protect the recipe from imitations, Stanislao himself chose to keep the original, transcribed in his own hand, in a safe. Even today, ingredients, doses and manufacturing processes are the same.

The Secret Ingredient: Prize

The last note, as well as the most important, is the "premium", the result of the micro-distillation of five aromatic herbs which seals the perfect symphony of aromas. Its role in the final yield of the product is fundamental: just one liter is enough for every 15,000 to complete the recipe.
