Vecchio Magazzino Doganale Amaro Intervallo is a masterpiece of craftsmanship, where every stage of production is taken care of in the smallest details to enhance the purity and complexity of the flavors. At 50°, separate infusions of Artemisia, Marjoram and Thyme give the distillate a unique aromatic character, while the natural color, similar to that of Berlo, guarantees an authentic presentation to be enjoyed neat in the living room, at room temperature or cold.

The result is a balanced and nuanced bitter, designed for those who appreciate tradition and innovation in every sip.

Unique Traditional Recipe

The recipe calls for the addition of 18% white cane sugar and the use of a fine cereal alcohol, obtained from wheat, corn and barley, at 96.5°.

The blend rests in the bottle for 40 days, following a natural cycle that allows the ingredients to harmonize perfectly.

Furthermore, separate infusions of Laurel and Aloe, extracted to preserve the essential oils, are joined by those of Sage and Mint, distilled separately in water, and further infusions of Gentian, Galanga, Wormwood and Artichoke.
