Distilled with over 40 different types of herbs and spices, Unicum amaro is one of the oldest herbal liqueurs in all of Europe, with over 200 years of history behind it. The spices and herbs come from 5 continents and are harvested and pounded by hand, still following the traditional recipe and aging takes place for years in oak barrels, with alternating tastings by a special commission of tasters. Once ready, the Unicum amaro will surprise you, making you live unique moments, together with the people you love. Intense and impenetrable ebony color, the nose has a rich bouquet of dark tones, blackberries and plums in jam, bay leaf, juniper and then cloves, mint and cocoa, together with toasted sensations of tobacco and leather. The gustatory impact is powerful, important and precise, however soft and enveloping in the mix of olfactory returns that follow each other in a perfect sequence corresponding to the nose until reaching the final, dry and decisive, in a long balsamic trail.
