Bontà e Linea is Parmalat semi-skimmed UHT milk with only 1.6% fat, for a light daily diet. To make it, Parmalat selects the best 100% Italian milk, treats it with the utmost dedication and subjects it to rigorous quality controls. As with other products in the Parmalat UHT Milk range, the treatment that ensures the product lasts a long time consists of heating the milk at a high temperature for a few seconds (to reduce the natural bacterial load that it contains, from the moment of milking) followed by packaging in aseptic conditions. With this system, the milk can be preserved for over 3 months at room temperature, maintaining the nutritional value and organoleptic characteristics of good milk practically unchanged.
