EMILIO is a non-alcoholic drink, 100% natural and without added sugars, made with fine grape musts from our lands, pure spring water and our best Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI.

A slightly fizzy drink, well balanced, with a surprising taste.

The name is Emilio, as it contains the true soul of Emilia-Romagna, our region in Italy.

Delicious if enjoyed fresh in its purity, cold or with ice, thirst quenching and also ideal for children. In fact, it has no added sugars inside.

Thanks to the balance of the ingredients with which it is made, the pleasant tannic notes and a dry and enveloping finish, it is also perfect for the preparation of surprising cocktails and long drinks.

Tasting Notes

Color: Dark purple, ruby reflections

Smell: Intense, citrus and cinchona scents, notes of red fruits

Taste: Intriguing, full-bodied flavor of must and red fruits. Pleasantly sparkling, with a slightly astringent finish and a scent of cinchona.

Ingredients: Water, concentrated red grape must, Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), carbon dioxide, flavourings. Contains sulfites.
