Vinification: cryomaceration and low temperature fermentation in steel. The wine is then placed in an autoclave with closed valves for 30-40 days where the second fermentation takes place. Aging: in a steel tank sur lies (on the yeasts). Organoleptic characteristics, pairings: straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, intense and floral, with hints of fresh crunchy white pulp fruit and citrus. The delicate effervescence on the palate enhances its freshness.
