Ivory colour, soft, easy to squeeze and spread, perfumed, with an intense taste of Pecorino Romano. It does not require melting salts or undergoes heat treatments after packaging, resulting in being simply a melted cheese, as in the kitchen and maintaining the taste and aroma of fresh cheese, which is impossible for sterilized preparations.
