Oven

It is a concentrated alkaline detergent formulated for the rapid removal of encrustations and carbonized cooking residues. Equipped with a practical foam sprayer, it allows you to reach and clean even the most difficult points. Ideal for use in all cases where cleaning and hygiene are needed in a single operation. Suitable for use in HACCP plans

Characteristics

Easily removes grease, oil and charred food residues. Forms a compact foam that adheres to vertical walls for greater effectiveness even in hard-to-reach places. Bottle with foam form that reduces product vaporization.

How to use

Make sure that the surface to be treated does not exceed 80 °C (ideal 50 °C - 60 °C). Apply the product as is on the surfaces and leave to act for a few moments. Remove any residue with an abrasive sponge or brush. Finally rinse thoroughly.
