The Val Liona is built in the heart of the homonymous valley, a territory with a unique microclimate located between the green slopes of the Berici Hills, since the year 1000 the cradle of expert pig breeders and artisans masters in the processing of the seasoned leg. Taking up the ancient recipe handed down for generations, we can now offer the original Val Liona, - seasoned boneless pork leg - sweet or smoked, starting exclusively from pork legs with the right proportion between lean and fat. These are freshly deboned and enhanced in flavor and aroma through a mixture of sea salt and natural flavors. The healthy air of the valley and its particular climate do the rest, giving us, at the end of maturation, a special product, with a sweet and unmistakable aroma. The smoked version is very refined, embellished with selected spices. Weight: 8 kg
