With only milk of Red Reggiane Cows, typical of the province of Reggio Emilia, a Parmigiano Reggiano with a strong flavor is born, with a more intense straw yellow color and a unique taste.
Its grainy and fragrant paste makes it ideal accompanied with fruit mustards, honey or Balsamic Vinegar of Modena.
Traditionally married with Lambrusco, it also goes well with red wines of high body and structure, sweet white wines and malvasia.
