Gragnano pasta IGP Jolly 500 Gr.

Only bronze drawing and a long and delicate drying at low temperature

Try them seasoned with Ortolana sauce if you like vegetarian flavors or with a porcini sauce if you like stronger and more decisive flavours. To complete the dish you can add a drizzle of an excellent Taggiasca extra virgin olive oil. The exceptional characteristics of this pasta and the high quality ingredients used, such as the best first extraction Italian semolina (only the heart of the grain of wheat), combined with the water of a centuries-old and clear spring and rigorously bronze drawing, have allowed the Gragnano company in the province of Naples to become the 1st pasta factory ever to have obtained the "Pasta di Gragnano IGP" recognition in 2012
