Pastore Sardo Daga cheese produced in Sardinia from sheep's milk only. It can be recognised by its originality: high and harmonious heel, dark amber colour. When cut, the cheese slice is pale straw yellow in colour with light, diffuse eye formation. The aroma is fragrant and delicate. The taste is sweet, but at the same time full and persistent. It is a versatile cheese: it can be eaten as a first course, as a second course or at any time of the day.
