A product of the selection of the best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, Atina DOP Cabernet Riserva Duca Cantelmo is a unique wine for its characteristics. Combining local tradition and innovation, its flavor is the result of carefully planned vinification.

Aina DOP Cabernet - Reserve

During the necessary aging process, Duca Cantelmo is stored in different types of barriques (French oak), which make it so special on the palate.

Maceration occurs at low temperature, including delicate pumping over for a long time with malolactic fermentation during alcoholic fermentation. The wine then rests for over a year in new French oak barriques. The assembly is carried out by selecting the best barriques, then continuing the evolution in steel for about 6/8 months. The wine is then raised in glass before being marketed for a period of no less than 12 months.

Our production continues on the path traced by the founder, Giovanni Palombo. Firmly believing in the potential of his land, Palombo worked hard and with passion on his vineyards.

The recognition of the prestigious "DOC", obtained by him, must be considered as the crowning achievement of his activity.

Our cellar includes wines of different types. The most famous of all is the excellent Atina DOP Cabernet. A superb red wine, with an unmistakable flavor, fruit of our inimitable land.
