Amarone della Valpolicella Corte Giara represents an eclectic and modern interpretation of the Veronese winemaking tradition which was born from a project developed in 1989 by the Allegrini family, responding to the need to adapt classic production to daily consumption. This Amarone faithfully reflects the tradition that makes it a great red of international fame, but at the same time expresses a modern style, in step with the evolution of contemporary taste. In addition to replicating the traditional procedures required for its winemaking, we find a specific refinement of 15 months which gives it peculiar intensity and balance, making it pleasant even for less trained palates.

Characteristics

At sight it has an impenetrable ruby red color and full consistency. The aromatic bouquet is stunning due to the power of the overripe red fruit, but still crunchy and pulpy, framed by a beautiful spiciness, pepper and cloves, followed by mineral hints and an elegant nuance of tobacco. The sip is full, enveloping, intense and soft, perfectly balanced by the freshness of crunchy fruit and sweet, well-integrated tannin.
