Pinot Noir, a vine present in Alto Adige since the mid-19th century, has found its ideal habitat on the orographic left bank of the Adige Valley, in particular, in the hills of Egna, Montagna and Salorno.
The free soils, of a mixed nature (porphyry and dolomite), and the strong temperature variations between day and night that characterize the ripening phase, give the grapes body and aroma.
Pinot Noir "Dürer-Weg" is a ruby red wine, with a scent of morello cherries and small berries, which presents a crisp and silky tannin on the palate.
