QUINTARELLI RED WINE OF BEPI 75 CL 2010
Description
The Veneto Rosso del Bepi by Giuseppe Quintarelli is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Negar, in the magical terroir of Valpolicella. It is produced with 55% Corvina grapes, 30% with Rondinella grapes and 15% with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. After about 20 days of maceration, the grapes ferment very slowly for about 45 days. Subsequently the wine ages in oak barrels for 7 years, giving the wine an extraordinary structure. Intense ruby color. The nose opens with a large and intense bouquet, with hints of red fruits. On the palate it is pleasantly soft, with silky tannins. Fermentation takes place very slowly and lasts about 45 days in steel at a controlled temperature. 75 cl glass bottle
