COLOR, SMELL, TASTE AND

Intense ruby red. On the nose, pleasant notes of red fruits, such as black cherry, are combined with slight sensations of candied fruit and licorice.

On the palate the entrance is soft, characterized by a round, structured tannin and supported by a well-balanced freshness.

Excellent in combination with main courses of red meat, it also goes well with game.

VINES AND VINIFICATION

It is produced exclusively with Primitivo grapes. After pressing, the must ferments in

stainless steel for 8-10 days at a temperature kept below 26 ° C.

After the malolactic fermentation, the wine first ages in steel for 8 months and for another 4 months in the bottle.
