Red Calabria IGP

Intense clear ruby with marked violet reflections. "Sweet" nose that remains firm on an extraordinary baggage of processed fruit (red fruit and small red and black berries) in jam and syrup, accompanied by pleasant hints of pink pepper, vegetables, violet, salt, and wild herbs . Consistent on the palate, it gives itself more on the soft parts, even if it reflects all the freshness of the Sila, it is in fact quite fresh and sapid, almost imperceptible tannins, quite long on hints of blueberry syrup, licorice root and menthol. Excellent wine for excellent aperitifs!

To be combined with cured meats and semi-aged and aged cheeses, to be combined again with first courses and risottos with red sauces based on meat or vegetables with a savory tendency, second courses of baked, roasted or grilled meat, try it also on a bluefin tuna soup , a show!
