Turkey breast with lemon and rosemary

Ingredients

- 400 g of sliced turkey breast

- 2 lemons

- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

- Salt and pepper qb

Preparation

1 ) Take a large bowl and mix the juice and grated zest of a lemon with the extra virgin olive oil.

2 ) Add the chopped fresh rosemary and season with salt and pepper to taste.

3 ) Place the turkey breast slices in the bowl, making sure each slice is well covered by the marinade.

4) Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

5 ) Drain the turkey slices from the marinade and arrange them on a serving plate.

6 ) If you like, decorate with fresh lemon slices and rosemary sprigs. Enjoy your meal!
