Brachetto d'acqui is a sweet dessert wine and can be understood in different ways.

You can serve it as an accompaniment to a dessert. But you can also choose to consider it a dessert in its own right.

If it accompanies a portion, we suggest the chocolate cake, preferably with sweet red fruits.

It will highlight the taste of both the wine and the cake. It has a nice scent of red fruits and a touch of pink. Beautiful cherry red color in the glass.

We recommend serving it in thin glasses at 10-12 degrees.

The grapes for Sperone - Brachetto d'acqui are grown on the hills between the two rivers Bormida and Belbo in Asti and Alessandria.
