Calafuria Salento IGT Rosato

Calafuria is the rosé of the Tormaresca company

obtained from pure Negroamaro grapes grown a short distance from the Adriatic coast, in the Salento estate of Maime. Thanks to the proximity of the sea, the grapes express all the aromas at their best; the sea breeze is perceived on the palate as fresh sapidity.

Pairings

Calafuria, whose name recalls a sunny Apulian bay, is a very inviting wine, with a low alcohol content, ideal for fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
