DEMON RUM THE DEMON'S SHARE 12 YEARS CL.70

Demon's Share 12 Years is a blend of Panama molasses rum, distilled in columns.

"The demon's share" is a nod to the angel part, the amount of rum that evaporates as it matures.

It can also be seen as an allusion to the devil's part, an expression that refers to the amount of rum that is absorbed by the barrel during aging.

This rum is distilled by Bodegas de America, also Malecon rum producers.

It has been aged for at least 12 years in American oak barrels which previously contained bourbon.
