RUM THE DEMON'S SHARE

A Panama rum continuously distilled and then aged for a minimum of 6 years in charred American oak barrels.

It is the part of the demon, in clear contrast with the famous Parte des Anges, perhaps more in keeping with the great character of this rum.

The nose is delicately intense, with notes of vanilla, leather, citrus and green apple, on the palate it is also round, and vanilla gives way to spicy notes of citrus, wood and leather again.

The finish is soft, enveloping and rather long.
