Finocchiona is one of the major cured meats, a symbol of Tuscan tradition. The product is characterized by the selection of selected, certified and controlled fresh pork meat, and by the addition of ingredients such as: salt, black pepper, garlic and fennel seeds and/or flowers. Minimum maturation of 15 days.

Finocchiona PGI pairs beautifully with a glass of Chianti , the famous Tuscan red wine. Chianti, with its fruity and slightly spicy aromas, perfectly marries the intense and aromatic flavors of Finocchiona, creating a gustatory combination that will satisfy your senses.
