Spianata Romana Piccante is characterized by its classic flattened shape but it is above all in its aroma that marks an absolute difference with all other salamis. The light fragrance of garlic and the expert dosage of pepper and spices, including spicy flavoring, court the sense of smell, with an elegant and traditional taste at the same time, given the ancient and popular origin of a salami of which the first evidence dates back to the 18th century. Fiorucci House since 1850
The history of Fiorucci begins in 1850 in Norcia, a town in Umbria famous for its meat and cured meats. It is here that the founder, Innocenzo Fiorucci , created his first norcineria, an artisanal delicatessen shop. It is currently based in Pomezia (Rome) and specializes in the cured meats sector.
