Galbanetto is Galbani's historic salami, known and appreciated since time immemorial. Galbanetto Tradizionale has a simple and genuine taste, feathery on the surface and easy to peel; the shape is slightly rounded, typical of the salamis of the past. The slice is compact and soft, with a fine grain "like a grain of rice". The special recipe, enriched with flavourings and spices, guarantees an intense salami aroma with fresh notes of garlic and pepper.
