

Preparation: To begin, cook the Negroni Sausage following the instructions on the package. Finely chop the onion and wash the pepper, removing the internal filaments and seeds. Cut the pepper into strips.
At this point, in a large pan pour a drizzle of oil and add the onions. Brown them and then add the peppers and olives . Sauté the vegetables well and season with pepper .
Now cut the Negroni Sausage first into slices and then into cubes and add to the pan. All that remains is to mix well and season with lime juice, turn off the heat and let cool.
Roll out the pizza dough and use a pastry cutter to cut out 8 circles. Place the filling in the center of each circle of dough and lightly wet the edges with water. Join the dough in a half-moon shape and seal well by pressing with your fingers. Create the classic empanada pattern by pinching the edges of the dough. Brush the empanadas with oil and then bake at 180 °C for 20 minutes (for the same amount of time in an air fryer). Enjoy!
