The first Giro d'Italia took place in 1909. More than 110 years have passed but the Giro d'Italia is still an extraordinary and fascinating race. The vinification takes place by soft pressing preceded by destemming; controlled temperature fermentation.

Tasting notes

Color: It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a very persistent perlage. -Scent: It opens to the nose with delicate fruity hints of citrus and floral rose petals. -Taste: On the palate it is extremely pleasant and elegant, fresh, balanced and accompanied by a silky bubble.
