Ferrari Perlè is a wine with a straw yellow color and an extremely fine and persistent perlage.

The nose reveals an intense bouquet of particular finesse, with hints of almond blossom and rennet apple, slightly spiced with a hint of bread crust.

In the mouth it is seductive and elegant, with a very long velvety sensation in which there is a light fruity note of ripe apple, pleasant hints of yeast and sweet almond and a nuanced aromatic background typical of Chardonnay.

Ferrari Perlè is a wine suitable for pairing with fish-based dishes, including raw fish, an excellent structure that also supports pairing with spiced risottos and soups.
