Spumante Franciacorta For many years the Ricci Curbastro family has been working on farms between Romagna and Franciacorta. The Lombard estate includes 32 hectares, of which over 27 are located in vineyards, while the cellar is located in the park of Villa Evelina. Franciacorta Extra Brut 2013 is an excellent gateway to company labels. Intriguing and well-centered wine, it is capable of giving original ideas that are not without complexity. Son of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, in equal parts, it ages on the lees for over 40 months. Bright straw yellow, it has a creamy mousse, a citrusy nose and then a bread crust and white flowers. In the mouth, flowing and tasty body, with a fruity and long finish. Ideal as an aperitif and excellent to be enjoyed with fish. 75 cl glass bottle
