The production of Villa Sandi for this refined sparkling wine involves the use of a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes in percentages that vary slightly according to the vintage and the degree of ripeness they are able to reach during the summer.

The percentages tend to be around 50% each.

The production area is that of the province of Treviso with a high wine-growing vocation in the Veneto.

With this reserve dedicated to Amalia Moretti, a Classic Method Spumante is celebrated that matures for seven years in the centuries-old underground cellars of Villa Sandi.

Characteristics of the Amalia Moretti Reserve

The organoleptic test for this sparkling wine from Veneto gives us a sparkling wine of excellent quality.

It is characterized by a pale golden yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. The scent is fragrant with pleasant notes of bread crusts and delicate hints of Mediterranean spices.

The flavor is characterized by its freshness. Dry and at the same time enveloping, with a good structure.

The aftertaste is harmonious and persistent and is reminiscent of dried apricot.
