Liqueure witch is an Italian herbal liqueur considered a digestif, usually enjoyed after meals. Its yellowish color is due to the presence of saffron, as well as about 70 other herbs, spices and roots from all over the world. it is slightly sweet, semi-viscous and has a strong and complex flavour, with marked herbaceous notes.

His production process begins with the grinding of all the herbs and spices of his recipe, each selected for its unique aromatic properties. Some of the herbs used are cinnamon, lily, juniper and mint. After having macerated the herbs in a neutral alcoholic solution, this liquid is distilled in copper stills and subsequently placed in oak barrels, to ensure that all the aromas and flavors mix perfectly.
