Description
Umami black garlic is a unique and refined product: a harmony of flavors ranging from balsamic to licorice.
In a 90 g glass, the cream comes from whole bulbs of PDO Polesano white garlic expertly matured thanks to the skills of two young and enterprising Piedmontese biologists.
Garlic, after the long maturation process, turns black, acquires new fragrances and will be able to enhance any creation, from salty to sweet.
It is then made into a delicious cream with the addition of olive oil and water, ideal for spreading or for flavoring risottos and sauces.
The exact place of origin of the black garlic is not known, it is said that it was born in Korea.
Surely thanks to the ingenuity and curiosity of the chefs it arrived in Europe, becoming a fundamental ingredient in contemporary Western cuisine.
