The Galak pistachio spreadable cream is a fat-based cream (called "anhydrous"), whose main use is linked to the "ready-to-use" one, including fillings for breakfast products such as croissants, donuts, crêpes, tarts, muffins, filling chocolate pralines, filled chocolate bars, macarons, biscuits, pairing with drinks such as milkshake and coffee, decorating ice cream and other desserts

Other uses

Dedicated mainly to the more expert customer able to "transform" the product, they are the coverings of cakes and pastry products, the creation of cremini or soft nougats with the addition of chocolate, products for special occasions, flavoring with spices or inclusions or flavored pastes.
