Description

Tequila Blanco Plata Olmeca Altos

Tequila Blanco Plata

Excellent to sip alone and perfect to use for the preparation of cocktails and long drinks, the Tequila Blanco "Plata" by Olmeca Altos is a Tequila that the most prepared and professional bartenders will not miss. It comes from the finest Weber blue agave plants, and is produced following detailed controlled work processes. For the “Tequila Twinkle”, for the “Crafted Paloma”, for the “Margarita”, for the “Smokin' Aces”, for the “Bandera” or for the “Hibiscus Margarita”: in any case it is a wonderful Tequila.

Tasting notes

Transparent and colorless the eye. The nose is composed of herbaceous notes and memories of cooked agave, to then also be characterized by nuances of citrus fruits such as lime and lemon, and by sweet notes of vanilla. The palate is consistent with the sense of smell, soft and fresh at the same time, with excellent length.

Authentic and Without Secrets

Henry Besant and Dre Masso are two bartenders who, sharing a passion for cocktails and the world of spirits in general, joined Master Tequilero Jesús Hernandez to create a high quality tequila: this is how Olmeca Altos was born Tequila. The raw material is the key to everything: only the best Weber blue agave plants, which grow at 2100 meters above sea level, in a volcanic soil rich in minerals, are chosen to produce the "Olmeca Altos" Tequila. Furthermore, this tequila is made using the ancient Tahona distillation method, a two-ton volcanic stone that extracts the juice and syrup from the fibers. The bottling takes place immediately after the double distillation in the traditional copper stills, preserving intact the typical herbaceous notes of cooked agave and citrus.
