The raw material is the key to everything: only the best Weber blue agave plants, which grow at 2100 meters above sea level, in a volcanic soil rich in minerals, are chosen to produce the "Olmeca Altos" Tequila. Furthermore, this tequila is made using the ancient Tahona distillation method, a two-ton volcanic stone that extracts the juice and syrup from the fibers. The bottling takes place immediately after the double distillation in the traditional copper stills, preserving intact the typical herbaceous notes of cooked agave and citrus.
