Pizzutello Passata Italian Tomato Tradition

Pizzutello puree

It is a very versatile product suitable for any use even if it prefers short cooking times that respect its organoleptic qualities. From the point of view of taste, Pizzutello has a sugar content (Brix degrees) a little higher than a classic tomato, which attenuates its acidity on the palate. Precisely for this characteristic, it adapts easily to any recipe.

With a strong and tasty flavour, this puree is excellent for preparing fresh sauces as a base for pizza or for eggplant parmigiana. Also perfect for a fresh cream soup with a strong flavour or for gazpacho.

Characteristics

Origin of the tomato: Italy.

Storage instructions: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, if not completely used, store in the refrigerator (1÷4°C) for a maximum of 3 days.

Ingredients: “Pizzutello” tomatoes (of Italian origin from integrated production).

Spaghetti with pizzutello sauce

Nothing better than spaghetti with tomato sauce. Nothing more authentic than spaghetti with pizzutello sauce Così Com'è! Try the recipe and delight your palate with simplicity!

Preparation:

1. Cook the pasta and brown the garlic in a pan with a drizzle of oil .

2. Add the Così Com'è pizzutello puree to the pan and cook for the 7 minutes suggested on the label.

3. Drain the pasta three minutes before cooking in the water and finish cooking the spaghetti in the pan with the sauce.

4. With the heat off, add basil and raw oil .

5. The dish is ready to delight your palate, with simplicity!
