Suitable for preparing dishes that require low acidity, the peeled yellow Datterino in juice is also perfect for seasoning fish-based dishes. It is suitable for short cooking and pairs easily with vegetables and also with mussels and bivalves. Recommended in recipes with courgettes and clams, fish all'acquapazza or in foil; wholemeal pasta, cereals, aubergines and salted ricotta.
Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, if not completely used, store in the refrigerator (1÷4°C) for a maximum of 3 days.
