Description

Highly Concentrated Raspberry Syrup

Mixybar Raspberry

Intense ruby red with purple reflections, when diluted it takes on garnet shades. On the nose it is very intense and complex with aromas of undergrowth and small red fruits, among which raspberry, mulberry and wild strawberry stand out. On the palate it is fresh and very balanced with a persistent finish.

Ingredients: sugar, raspberry juice (20%), water, citric acid acidifier, concentrated vegetable preparation (carrot, hibiscus, citric acid acidifier), flavourings.

Dosage: 1 part syrup + 6/8 parts water.

Pairs with all spirits, liqueurs, beer and soft drinks. It gives life not only to the Alpine Skiwasser, but also to the new Fabbri 1905 cocktails: Raspberry Spritz and SBritz Skiwasser, also in the ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer. Together with tonic water to fill it, it gives rise to an excellent soda drink, with the addition of iced tea to a Tea & Soda: two interpretations by Fabbri 1905 of the classic Italian non-alcoholic drink.
