Purple Mixybar Flavoring Syrup

Purple Syrup

Bright purple with indigo reflections, when diluted it takes on an electric indigo hue. On the nose it offers delicate floral hints of violet and violet. On the palate it is sweet, soft and well balanced with a persistent finish. We suggest pairings with white spirits (gin), liqueurs, beers and citrus juices. It finds its vocation in the Spritz with Violetta and in the new Fabbri 1905 SBritz with Violetta cocktail, also in the ZERO version with non-alcoholic beer.

Highly concentrated violet flavored syrup

Ingredients: sugar, water, glucose syrup, citric acid acidifier, spirulina-based preparation (inverted sugar, water, spirulina), acidity regulator E 331, coloring E 163, natural flavourings, stabilizer E 418. The possible separation of plant components does not affect the quality of the product. Shake before using. Dosage: 1 part syrup + 6/8 parts water.
