Ingredients: 70% champignon mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), 10% pieces of Summer Truffle (Tuber Aestivum), extra virgin olive oil, natural flavors, truffle aroma, salt. It does not contain dyes or preservatives. Allergens: the product does not contain allergens. Storage: After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume preferably within 5/10 days. Use: Ideal for preparing tasty aperitifs. Try it on croutons, appetizers, first and second courses, omelettes and as a base for all truffle dishes. It enhances all its scent if heated with a veil of extra virgin olive oil and a clove of garlic. We recommend 20/25 grams of product per person.
