It does not contain dyes, preservatives or artificial flavors. Storage: After opening, keep refrigerated and use within a few days. Use: like fresh truffles, it should be used in slices or grated. To enhance its qualities, it is recommended to pass it quickly in a pan with oil or butter. The preserving water inside the jar should never be thrown away but added to the dish you choose to prepare. It is mainly used to season first courses, eggs, fish main courses or fillings for first courses. We recommend 15/20 grams of product per person.
