MOSAIC IPA means India Pale Ale, but it's not Indian. Not stupid are the English who, at the end of the 1700s, were looking for a way to preserve the freshness of beer during

trips to India, so they added extra hops which have antiseptic properties. Thus was born the IPA, excellent even after very short trips, such as from the supermarket to home.

Mosaic hops, famous for their delicacy, are the fruit of love: in fact, they are born from the union between a male plant of the Nugget variety and a female Simcoe.

Its name reflects the complexity of the aromas that compose it. Those who know a lot about it feel a fruity "bouquet", with notes of mango, lemon and citrus. What do you hear?
