Raffo Raw Processing

A golden colored beer with a light haze and a rounded taste with a malty aroma and hoppy notes on the finish. It is born from a special production process, Raw Processing, for an Unfiltered Lager enriched with Unrefined Puglia Cereals. With its pleasantly fresh taste it is ideal for accompanying meals.

Characteristics

Type: Unfiltered lager.

Color: Golden with a light haze.

Taste: Round and fresh, with a malty aroma and hoppy notes on the finish.

Pairing: Raw seafood, Orecchiette with turnip greens, Apulian Bombette, Focaccia and tasty pizzas.

Serving temperature 3-5°C.

Fermentation: Low, cold maturation.
