Ideal for enriching first courses, pizzas and bruschetta, this cream contains all the genuine flavor of the traditional Puglia recipe.

Pizza with Turnip Tops Cream, Sausage and Grana Flakes

For the dough:

500 g of 00 flour

300 ml of water

10 g of salt

3 g of dry brewer's yeast (or 8 g fresh)

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

For the dressing:

200 g of Viander Turnip Tops Cream

250 g of fior di latte mozzarella

200 g of fresh sausage

80 g of parmesan flakes

extra virgin olive oil qb

Pink or black pepper qb (optional)

A drizzle of pepper cream (optional, for decoration)
