Description
Conte della Vipera Umbria IGT Antinori Castello della Sala
The "Conte della Vipera" is a white wine that is the result of a skilful union between international vines, Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, which are grown within the vineyards of the Castello della Sala estate, located on soils rich in fossils at a height between 250 and 350 meters above sea level. After harvesting, the bunches are softly pressed, and the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, where it then remains to refine until bottling.
The “Conte della Vipera” wine produced by Antinori on the Castello della Sala estate has a pale straw yellow colour, with light and sporadic reflections tending towards greenish. The bouquet of perfumes that develops on the nose is focused on fruity notes, ranging from citrus fruits to exotic fruit. On the palate it has a frank and direct sip, characterized by a good freshness which helps to give it a smooth drink. A bottle that finds its gastronomic vocation with fish-based dishes and recipes, and which also represents an excellent gift to give to all white wine enthusiasts.
